All electronics, lamps, toys, home goods etc must be clean and in working condition with all parts included.  If we discover flawed items missed on initial inspection you will be contacted and have 3 days to take back the item before it becomes the property of Jose James Consignment. You are to complete an inventory checklist of your items with a staff member. Your inventory checklist will have a contract end date.  You have 3 days from that date to pick up any unsold items before it becomes the property of Jose James Consignment.

Consignment is based on a 50/50 percentage. Jose James Consignment will see input from you regarding pricing of the articles but the final decision to determine pricing is with Jose James Consignment. Jose James Consignment reserves the right to refuse any item.  The pricing index is as follows:

First 60 days:  full price

61-90 days: 50% off original price

At the end of each month you will be notified of the status of your items.  If the item is sold you will paid the first week of the month.  We pay cash for items sold under $25.00. Larger sales are paid by check. Jose James Consignment is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
